Meta / Facebook User Data Deletion
Last Updated: October 21, 2026
Lead Vazir ("Lead Vazir", "we", "us", or "our") provides this page to explain how individuals can request deletion of personal information that Lead Vazir processes in connection with Meta (Facebook) integrations. It is intended for use in Meta app settings as our user data deletion instructions URL.
Lead Vazir is a multi-tenant CRM. Each customer organisation manages its own leads and integrations. Deletion requests are handled within the correct organisation's workspace and do not affect unrelated customers' data.
1. If you connected a Facebook account to Lead Vazir
Organisation administrators and managers can disconnect Meta at any time from Settings → Meta inside their Lead Vazir account. Disconnecting clears the stored Meta Page access token for that organisation and stops Lead Ads import through that connection while it remains disconnected.
Disconnecting does not by itself: remove leads or other CRM records already imported; clear a separately configured Conversions API (CAPI) token or dataset settings if you added them; delete connection metadata (such as Page ID or name) or synced marketing catalog records; or remove Lead Vazir's access on Facebook—you may still need to change app permissions in your Facebook account settings.
Lead Vazir does not store your Facebook user ID. We handle connector-related requests using your Lead Vazir user account, organisation membership, and the integration records tied to that organisation.
To request further clearing of Meta integration data we hold for your organisation (for example additional token or connection settings, or manual removal of catalog rows), email support@leadvazir.com from the email address associated with your Lead Vazir user account. Some requests require manual processing by our support team; we will confirm what has been done after it is completed.
2. If your information came from a Meta Lead Ad form
When you submit a Lead Ad form on Facebook or Instagram, the business that ran the advertisement is usually responsible for deciding how your information is used. Contact that business first and ask them to delete or update your details in their CRM.
If that business uses Lead Vazir, an organisation administrator or manager can delete an identified lead from their Leads area after locating the correct contact record. Deleting that lead removes its Meta lead attribution and most related CRM information stored for that organisation in Lead Vazir, but some records (described in section 4) may still exist elsewhere.
If you cannot reach the business, or you need help locating the correct organisation, contact support@leadvazir.com. We will work with the relevant customer organisation to process your request where we are permitted to do so. Lead Vazir does not provide a self-service option that deletes Lead Ad records across all customer organisations.
3. What to include in your request
Please include as much of the following as you can so we can verify your request:
- Your full name and the email address or phone number involved
- Whether you connected Facebook to Lead Vazir or submitted a Lead Ad form
- The business or organisation name, if known
- Approximate date of the Lead Ad submission or Meta connection
- Facebook Page name, ad name, or form name, if known
- Any lead or reference ID Meta or the business gave you, if available
- Any reference your business gave you (for example, a confirmation email)
4. Verification and processing
We may need to verify your identity and your relationship to the data before acting on a request. For Lead Ad data, we may need to confirm the request with the customer organisation that controls the lead record. We handle verified requests as required by applicable law and our agreements; we do not guarantee immediate or automatic deletion in every case, and we do not treat a request as complete until the agreed actions have actually been performed.
Where deletion is appropriate and supported in the product, an authorised organisation administrator or manager can delete a lead, which removes the lead row, its Meta attribution, and most dependent CRM records for that organisation (such as notes, activities, and follow-ups linked to that lead). Lead Vazir does not currently offer automated anonymisation of Meta-related records. Some data may remain after a lead is deleted—for example conversion event logs, audit entries, automation execution history, application logs, or copies held outside Lead Vazir by the customer or their service providers. Additional clearing may require manual support steps.
When the customer organisation is the data controller, we may instruct them to perform the deletion in their workspace rather than doing so ourselves. We may retain limited records where required for legal, security, billing, or dispute-resolution purposes.
